Registered in 2012, Kangaroo Insurance Brokers Co. limited formally known as Kangaroo insurance consultancy and risk advisory is a company that targets the under-served markets and businesses in Tanzania, due to its increase in growth, in 2013 the company was registered and licensed by Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) as kangaroo insurance agency where it operated for three years. Kangaroo Insurance Brokers Company Limited was incorporated in January 2016.
The Company has built experience and capacity within the years it has operated as an agency within the Insurance Industry. And in its first year as a brokerage firm managed to place complicated risks within Tanzanian market as well as front complicated risks outside Tanzania Kangaroo Insurance Broker is among the top 10 insurance brokers with respect to Gross Written Premium. We have been growing at a pace of more than 40% for the past 3 years where the market performance is below 18%. We have partnership with all the Major Insurance companies operating in the country with special service level agreement for claims to ensure timely settlement of claims.
